Quality Engineer (m/f/d) Supply Chain

Your tasks

• to act as interface with suppliers for operational activities ans assess suppliers during tendering phase as well as to contribute to the selection decision
• to manage the supply chain and quality aspects of the contract being responsible for on time quality performance
• to manage supplier quality approval and ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications as well as to monitor new product introduction
• to assess the supplier performance and contribute to the supplier development as well as to identify the supplier industrial risks
• to work out short term recovery plans as well as to manage supplier performance improvement projects
• to apply the current associated tools to manage all activities related to supplier management

Your qualifications

• a successfully completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or technical studies
• work experience and knowledge in process-, quality-, and risk management, manufacturing and production engineering as well as supplier management
• knowledge in SAP
• willingness to travel
• business fluent language skills in English and German
