On assignment, you have the same rights as the permanent workforce, including entitlements to social security and paid sick leave and vacation. In periods between assignments, you will receive the pay we contractually agree with you.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skilled specialists and managers are crucial in finance and controlling to ensure aircraft operation is commercially viable. Depending on your specialism, requirements for roles in this field vary.

As a controller or cost engineer, for instance, you should ideally have completed degree-level studies in one of the following subject areas:

  • Industrial engineering
  • Business IT with a focus on controlling
  • Business administration
  • Economics

Alternatively, advanced training to become an economics specialist.

If you’re looking for a position as a (financial) accountant, depending on your field and area of focus, you’ll need:

  • A degree-level qualification in business administration
  • Professional training in (financial) accountancy

Alternatively, a comparable background in business.
