In Recruiting, you’ll make sure our clients’ vacancies are filled by qualified professionals who meet their requirements. To do this, you’ll collect vacancies that match candidates’ qualifications and payment and location expectations. In consultation with the relevant candidates, you’ll then put them forward to our clients.

In this department, you’ll also be responsible for:

  • Fully digitized applicant management
  • Reviewing incoming applications and creating candidate profiles to put forward for appropriate positions in our clients’ projects
  • Active sourcing
  • Creating, publishing and managing job advertisements
  • Contract creation and negotiations

You’ll also be responsible for telephone and written communication with our external employees and applicants and for interacting with our clients, performing an advisory role where necessary.

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed professional commercial training or degree-level studies desirable
  • Some professional experience in HR advantageous
  • Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written German and English
  • Excellent communication skills and a focus on service

Employee Support focuses on the relationship and link between our external employees and ourselves as an organization. Personal, tailored support is hugely important to us. As a point of contact for the company, you’ll be in regular communication with the workforce, responding to queries and offering advice on other issues.

In this department, you’ll also be responsible for:

  • Holding employee interviews
  • Finding new assignments for employees
  • Creating references, contracts, supplementary agreements and employee letters

You’ll assist with matters relating to labor law and interact with the Recruiting team, regularly coordinating with its members to ensure processes run smoothly.

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed professional commercial training or degree-level studies in business administration, ideally specializing in HR
  • Some experience of labor law desirable
  • Resilience, a talent for organization and advanced communication skills

As an HR Administration team member, you’ll serve as an expert and port of call for all matters concerning pay, bonuses, time logging data and similar issues. You’ll support and advise our external employees and internal colleagues on all matters affecting their payroll.

Your duties include:

  • Creating and maintaining master data, time logging data and pay data
  • Calculating pay, allowances and bonuses
  • Producing documents, e.g. for authorities
  • Checking data collected and payroll results including error analysis and elimination

You will also handle communication with health insurance companies, employment agencies and tax offices and the organization of occupational health examinations for our workforce.

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed business training
  • Ideally some experience in payroll accounting
  • Professional working proficiency in written and spoken German
  • Excellent communication skills
