Your tasks

• to handle quotations, orders, and follow-ups in line with KPIs
• to ensure customer satisfaction through quick and effective responses
• to train and support customers using e-commerce platforms
• to support on-time material delivery to meet customer needs
• to contribute to high-performing cross-functional teams
• to enhance communication about material order performance

Your qualifications

• a successfully completed degree of  business administration, or supply chain.
• work experience in the areas of dispatch, supplier management, or logistics
• advanced knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace 
• business fluent in English and German
• Shipping or aviation knowledge is an advantage
