Supply Officer (m/f/d) Aircraft

Your tasks

• to manage material flow to Airbus and resolve AOG situations
• to communicate with suppliers, place orders, track deliveries, and manage recovery plans
• to actively participate in defining and negotiating logistics processes
• to communicate regularly with internal customers on order progres
• to ensure accuracy of requirements to suppliers and develop solutions for urgent needs

Your qualifications

• successfully completed degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or Supply Chain
• a completed training as a logistics specialist or freight forwarding clerk
• work experience in the areas of dispatch, customer service, or supply chain
• advanced knowledge of SAP 
• Fluent in English and advanced knowledge of German
• team player with excellent communication skills
• service and customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
