Your tasks

• to maintain and improve process referential
• to verify and assess process changes for consistency and impact
• to ensure the quality of process deliverables and surveillance plans
• to prepare process maturity assessments and ensure criteria are met
• to monitor action plan progress and manage risks and opportunities

  Your qualifications

• a successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Technical Studies, or Business Administration 
• work experience in Aircraft Construction, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, and Quality Management 
• proficient knowledge of Total Quality Management (problem-solving methods)
• business fluent language skills in English and German
• proficiency in Google Workspace
• knowledge of quality management methods such as PPS, 9S, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa
• strong communication and customer-oriented skills
• analytical and systemic mindset
• ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and under pressure
• reliable, resilient, and assertive
