Project Categorisation Agent (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• to be responsible for the categorization of Gold and Platinum projects
• to assist with the use of the Planisware tool and related planning processes
• to ensure consistent and correct application of categorization guidelines
• to assist in updating and developing the categorization methodology
• to identify and implement process improvements
• to contribute to the development of the Planisware tool for consistent use
• to analyze and provide relevant KPIs to monitor progress and efficiency

Your qualifications

• a successfully completed degree in Project Management, Aerospace Engineering , Business Administration, or International Management 
• work experience in Project Management 
• advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace
• Project Management knowledge
• PM certification is an advantage
• business fluent language skills in English and German 
• strong communication skills to ensure smooth information flow
• ability to integrate well into a team
• high level of responsibility, capability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills
• a good understanding of projects and project management is a requirement for this role
• a technical background is desirable
