WHAT WE OFFER

You send us your current application documents one time only. Our recruiters will look for suitable roles based on your qualifications and preferences regarding pay and location. Following consultation with you, we’ll recommend you to our clients.

WHAT WE OFFER

You’ll receive a permanent employment contract from us but will work in one of our client companies. When an assignment ends, we’ll place you in a new one that suits your qualifications and career expectations.

We offer payment in line with our clients’ collective wage agreements, including special payments and a workplace retirement scheme. On assignment, you have the same rights as the permanent workforce, including entitlements to social security and paid sick leave and vacation. In periods between assignments, you will receive the pay we contractually agree with you.

Applying for jobs at AERO is a quick, easy and transparent process. We’ll lead you to your desired job in just a few simple steps.

We support you throughout the entire application process and beyond as you begin your assignment in our client company. Here’s the lowdown on key aspects of our application process.

 

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

You send us your application via our website, job portals or by email. Please include a current resume and references to speed up processing. You will receive an automatic email confirmation when we receive your application.

A recruiter will contact you to discuss your location and salary preferences. We will then check whether your skills and capabilities meet the requirements for your preferred role and other positions in our database. You’ll receive relevant vacancies from us via email.

Next, we’ll discuss which of our clients’ roles we’ll put you forward for. We’ll always keep you up to date and let you know the next steps.

We’ll invite you to come and meet us in branch. At our friendly in-person meeting, we’ll discuss potential roles and deal with any queries.

We will let you know the status of your application within a maximum of two weeks. With a little luck, you’ll receive an invitation to an interview with our client. At the same time, we’ll stay in touch and continue to send you relevant vacancies.

Once we’ve got the go-ahead from our client, we’ll discuss the last few details of your employment contract with us. Then you can start your assignment. As your employer, we remain your port of call for queries and other matters during your assignment.

When your client assignment ends, that doesn’t mean your employment with us comes to an end – we’ll place you in your next project right away. This gives you an opportunity to discover a new role and its associated responsibilities. This sometimes leads to being hired directly by the relevant project partner.
