We carefully review your documents, provide a realistic assessment, and inform you openly about the tasks, work environment, and conditions. This way, you always know where you stand.
You will receive a permanent employment contract with AERO. Even between assignments, you will receive your agreed-upon salary.
Your pay is based on the DGB/GVP collective agreement, including special payments and Equal Pay. Additionally, you will receive company pension benefits, continued pay in case of illness, and the same rights as the permanent staff at the client company.
