Your tasks

• to manage the global aircraft delivery schedule with the aim to timely provide customers with reliable dates
• to establish aircraft delivery programms taking into account inputs from commercial, financial and industrial organisations
• to alert the commercial team each time an aircraft delivery date is endangered as a result of late technical issues
• to manage customer requests as well as to monitor them concerning aircraft deliveries
• to act as a coordinator between sales and production as well as to represent customer affairs departments in meetings
• to prioritize aircraft deliveries as well as to take into account contractual obligations to program management

Your qualifications

• a successfully completed degree communication sciences, industrial engineering or business administration
• work experience and knowledge in procurement, process improvement, risk and project management as well as supplier management
• application knowledge in Google Workspace
• willingness to travel
• business fluent language skills in English and German
