As the Supplier Performance Manager (d/m/w) at Airbus, you will take a critical role in driving end-to-end operational performance improvements within Customer Care, focusing on quality and efficiency. Based in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance supplier control processes, ensuring alignment with Airbus A2135 standards while working closely with cross-functional teams globally. This position is pivotal to driving governance, deploying best practices, and supporting customer services teams in achieving process optimization.
Your tasks:
- You will lead process improvement projects within Customer Services and A220 operational areas.
- You will foster a robust Control Supplier/Supply Chain Quality community aligned with Airbus strategies.
- You will implement and oversee Airbus A2135 Control Supplier processes and activities to meet quality and operational standards.
- You will define Control Supplier process requirements for After Sales, ensuring clear governance and application of these processes.
- You will represent Customer Services during process management team reviews and supplier-related discussions.
- You will collaborate with Supply Chain Quality teams on handovers, project alignments, and withdrawal requests.
- You will guide Customer Services teams on Control Supplier processes and After Sales performance improvements.
- You will travel monthly across Europe to collaborate with stakeholders and advance improvement projects.
Voraussetzungen:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Supply Chain Quality.
- 4 years of professional experience in project management, process improvement, quality management, or supply chain operations.
- Solid knowledge of project and process management techniques and frameworks.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and other IT tools relevant to process improvement.
- Negotiation-level fluency in English.
- Experience in the aviation industry and Production Organization Approvals (POA).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for engagement across all hierarchical levels.
- Capability and willingness to travel within Europe (approx. once a month).
- Analytical thinking and the ability to understand, assess, and improve complex systems.
