As a Procurement Specialist (d/f/m) in the Cabin Floor to Floor team, you will contribute to procurement activities for commercial aircraft programs. Located in Finkenwerder, this full-time role requires you to manage tenders and contract negotiations, ensuring the best purchasing conditions while adhering to both internal and external company requirements. You will monitor contracts throughout various phases (innovation, development, production, and support) to ensure compliance and drive supplier performance in logistics, quality, and cost. Beyond supporting day-to-day supplier relationships, you will also implement projects to optimize costs and minimize risks, while contributing to multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, this role will offer opportunities to lead commercial negotiations for portfolio product changes and collaborate closely with company stakeholders.
Voraussetzungen:
To excel in this position, you will need a proactive and independent work ethic, strong communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team. A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics is required, along with professional experience in areas like procurement, supply chain management, and contract negotiation. Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, SAP, and Google Workspace is essential, while skills in project and process management are highly valued. Fluency in English is necessary, and knowledge of German is advantageous. Industry experience with Airbus is desirable.
