As a Industrialization Engineer (m/w/d), you become the critical interface between the Supply Chain and Engineering teams. This role revolves around the preparation and delivery of technical specifications for the Call for Tender (CFT) procurement process. You ensure the production of replacement parts outside standard manufacturing facilities aligns with technical, logistic, and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves a high level of collaboration with various departments, including audits for compliance and airworthiness, while supporting suppliers in process industrialization.
Your tasks:
- Prepare and provide all necessary technical specifications to secure high-quality spare parts production.
- Analyze stock, scrap, and tooling to optimize inventory levels across international customers.
- Develop keep-or-scrap evaluations for component management.
- Support suppliers in implementing efficient industrial processes.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to streamline operations seamlessly.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities and internal departments during audits for airworthiness compliance.
Voraussetzungen:
Your qualifications:
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Technical Studies or relevant disciplines like Supply Chain or Logistics.
- 2 years of professional experience in Customer Service, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning and Control or Process Planning.
- Knowledge in the civil aviation domain and CA documentation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP/R3 and Google Workspace is required.
- Project management experience and familiarity with supply chain quality are highly valued.
- English language fluency at a negotiation level is mandatory.
