As a Flight Line Engineer (d/m/w) at Airbus, you will have a key part in preparing orders for Manufacturing Engineering and supervising aircraft through the Flightline and Delivery phases. Located in Hamburg Finkenwerder, this full-time role calls for a proactive, detail-focused professional who can help ensure smooth operations and provide high-quality support to customers. In a dynamic setting centered on innovation and agility, you will work with multiple departments and stakeholders to secure the on-time delivery of aircraft while ensuring adherence to technical and administrative procedures. This position is offered under employee leasing arrangements.

Your tasks:

  • Supervising aircraft operations during the Flightline/Delivery phases, including coordinating technical solutions and handling priorities in real time.
  • Supporting the procurement of internal and external materials while tracking order workflows for manufacturing and delivery preparedness.
  • Converting design records and technical guidelines into manufacturing orders.
  • Working with partners, suppliers, and external companies to plan and carry out projects efficiently.
  • Identifying and resolving disruptions with the support of specialist teams to keep workflows running smoothly and aircraft ready.
  • Contributing to projects and overseeing sub-projects to advance the department's development and innovation objectives.

Voraussetzungen:

  • A degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline (at least Bachelor's level).
  • 3 years of professional experience, including Aircraft production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Work Preparation.
  • Experience in Flightline/Delivery operations or technical support is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with software tools such as SAP, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Airbus Logbook management systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in German and English, both at a professional negotiation level.
  • Readiness to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and on-call duty. Commitment to a two-shift model is necessary.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry, especially in Airbus operations, is required.
