As a Flight Line Engineer (d/m/w) at Airbus, you will play an integral role in preparing orders for Manufacturing Engineering and overseeing aircraft during the Flightline and Delivery phases. Based in Hamburg Finkenwerder, this full-time position will require a proactive and detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless operations and high-quality support to customers. Working in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and agility, you will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of aircraft while maintaining compliance with technical and administrative processes. This role is available under employee leasing arrangements.

Your tasks:

  • Overseeing aircraft operations during the Flightline/Delivery phases, including coordination of technical solutions and managing priorities in real time.
  • Facilitating internal and external material procurement while monitoring order processes for manufacturing and delivery readiness.
  • Translating design documentation and technical instructions into manufacturing orders.
  • Collaborating with partners, suppliers, and external firms to plan and execute projects effectively.
  • Troubleshooting and addressing disruptions with the involvement of specialized teams to ensure smooth workflows and aircraft readiness.
  • Taking part in projects and managing sub-projects to support the development and innovation goals of the department.

Voraussetzungen:

  • A degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (minimum Bachelor's level).
  • 3 years of professional experience, including: Aircraft production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Work Preparation.
  • Experience in Flightline/Delivery operations or technical support is highly favored.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as SAP, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Airbus Logbook management systems is advantageous.
  • Fluency in German and English, both at a professional negotiation level.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call status. Commitment to a two-shift model is required.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry, particularly with Airbus operations, is mandatory.
