Are you ready to make a significant impact in procurement? As a Buyer (d/f/m) Cabin Floor to Floor, you'll play a crucial role in the Cabin Floor to Floor team, focusing on Airbus Commercial aircraft programs. This full-time position based in Finkenwerder offers an exciting career path where you'll manage procurement activities, lead contract negotiations, and establish supplier relationships to optimize operations and minimize costs. Your role will involve working with multifunctional teams throughout the entire tendering and contract lifecycle process. With a detail-oriented and innovative approach, you will ensure company requirements are met while driving supplier performance.

  • Contribute to procurement activities for Airbus Commercial aircraft programs.
  • Manage tenders and lead contract negotiations for optimal purchasing terms.
  • Oversee contracts across all lifecycle phases, ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Handle daily supplier relationships and optimize value while mitigating risks.
  • Work in multifunctional and multidivisional teams to streamline processes.
  • Negotiate commercial changes within product portfolios effectively.

Voraussetzungen:

To thrive in this position, you should bring a blend of education, experience, and skills suited to the challenges of an international procurement role. An understanding of both strategic and operational aspects of supply chain management will be critical.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Possess 2–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management.
  • Display proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, SAP, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management, process management, and risk management methodologies.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus but not mandatory.
