Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and continuously improve Safety Management System (SMS) cases, including analysis of safety-related speak-ups and implementation of immediate and long-term corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as an interface between Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Record, analyze, and report speak-up data to support effective monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.
• Coordinate governance, audits, meetings, and continuous improvement activities within the local SMS network.
• Manage the SMS case backlog and promote knowledge sharing and communication across the SMS network.

Requirements:

• University degree in aircraft construction, engineering, aerospace or industrial engineering
• 1 year of experience in data analysis, engineering or project lead
• 2 years of experience in project management and process improvement
• 3 years of experience in quality management
• Deep understanding of SAP 
• Basic knowledge in KAIZEN, total quality, lean and risk management 
• Fluent business german and english
