Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to sourcing activities and manage tendering processes
• Negotiate contracts to achieve optimal purchasing conditions
• Monitor contract execution to ensure compliance and supplier performance
• Manage supplier relationships and project execution to optimize customer value and minimize risks
• Participate in multifunctional and multidivisional teams during tendering, contracting, and contract management phases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement, supplier management, aerospace industry, or contract management
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Experience with Airbus procurement processes is advantageous
• Dynamic, proactive, and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally
